Kumi Souls Games’ The Last Faith made a strong impression when it was first announced last year, and though it’s been a while since we last got an update on it, the developer recently brought another new trailer during Future Games Show Summer Showcase 2023.

The Last Faith’s gorgeous pixelated art style and the strong Bloodborne vibes it’s clearly giving off are continuing to look as impressive as they did when it was unveiled last year, while its combination of Soulslike and Metroidvania gameplay is also looking solid. The trailer showcases plenty of enemies, glimpses of crunching combat, and of course, quite a few gothic environments. Check it out below.

Kumi Souls Games and publisher Playstack have also confirmed that The Last Faith will be launching for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC this October. A beta has also been announced, and though a date for it hasn’t yet been confirmed, signups have been opened up.
