Wonder Woman – Concept Art Potentially Emerges for Monolith’s Title

What seems to be concept art for the open world superhero title has been spotted on the LinkedIn profile of a Monolith developer.

WB Games and Monolith Productions announced a Wonder Woman game nearly two years ago, and though details on the superhero title have been next to nonexistent since then, it seems new concept art has emerged to offer a glimpse of the studio’s vision for the game.

As spotted by @WWGameUpdates on Twitter, what seems to be concept art for the Wonder Woman title could recently been seen as the banner image on the LinkedIn profile of Monolith Productions’ Senior MoCap Supervisor, James Philip Gentile. There was no confirmation that the concept art was from the game itself, or if it was unrelated to the project, though Gentile has since then changed the banner image on his profile.

The concept art itself showed Wonder Woman, a.k.a. Princess Diana, wielding her iconic lasso and standing against the lush backdrop of Themyscira, in the company of a fellow Amazon warrior wielding a sword and a shield, and another soldier clad in armour and wielding a small machine gun. You can view the concept art below.

Details on the Wonder Woman game are scant now, though WB Games and Monolith Productions have previously confirmed that, similar to the studio’s Middle-earth duology, it will be an open world game and feature the Nemesis system.
