The fact that Cyberpunk 2077 is a long, long ways off from release yet (it doesn’t even have a vague release window yet) hasn’t stopped people from being incredibly excited about it, thanks in part to CD Projekt RED’s excellent work on The Witcher trilogy. Even though it might be years before we finally get to play Cyberpunk 2077, people have still been speculating about what the game might be like, and demands for at least little pieces of information on it have been growing.

However, CD Projekt RED have assured fans that there’s great things in store for fans who have been eagerly anticipating more news on the game. CDPR’s Marcin Przybyłowicz‏ recently took to Twitter, and wrote a post in which he mentioned how he’s been getting more and more questions about the studio’s next project. He admitted that while the Polish developers have been taking their time with the game, but requested fans to have patience, assuring them that their are “great things to come”.

Another fan wrote to Przybyłowicz‏ in response, mentioning recent reports of trouble and unrest at the studio, and implied that the development of Cyberpunk 2077 might be going through a few issues. Przybyłowicz‏ responded promptly, saying that you shouldn’t believe everything you read online.

Cyberpunk 2077 is, as we all know well enough, without a release date yet, but hopefully we’ll keep getting snippets of information on the game on a regular basis. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for continued updates.
