Cyberpunk 2077 may not have been the critical darling that CD Projekt RED would have hoped it would be, but there’s little doubt in anyone’s mind that in spite of all the major issues it launched with, the open world action RPG has still been a massive commercial success. And now, it’s playable on yet another platform.

Taking recently to Twitter, CD Projekt RED confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 is now Steam Deck Verified, which means it’s now fully optimized for Valve’s portable gaming PC. Those looking to take the RPG on the go now have the perfect means to do so.

A full-fledged expansion, Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, is also currently in the works. Details on it are scant for now, but CD Projekt RED has said that it has the biggest budget any expansion has ever had in the studio’s history. It is due out sometime later this year.

Once Phantom Liberty is out, CD Projekt RED will also release a “Game of the Year Edition” for the title. Meanwhile, production on a Cyberpunk 2077 sequel is also set to begin soon, with CDPR establishing a new studio in Boston to lead the project.
