Is this the update CDPR teased yesterday?

Yesterday, CD Projekt RED was teasing a new update for Cyberpunk 2077 coming at Gamescom on August 21. Well, it’s August 21, and that new update is here. And… it’s a bunch of screenshots. Shame on me for expecting something major.

Or, you know, maybe this isn’t that update that was being teased, and that’s still coming. But it’s August 21, so if it is coming, it has to come soon. Either way, these four new screenshots were shared by Cyberpunk 2077’s official Twitter account, and they look pretty good, I suppose. Take a look at them below.

Cyberpunk 2077 is clearly a long way off, with its E3 2018 demo having been shown behind closed doors, and CD Projekt RED themselves stating that the game is in a pre-alpha stage of development. It’s looking like it’s gonna be a while before we get to see any gameplay, or before we find out when the game will launch. Either way, stay tuned to GamingBolt, and we’ll keep you updates as more info comes our way.
