Cyberpunk 2077 Trademark Filed By CD Projekt RED Ahead of E3

At long last, it may be happening.

Cyberpunk 2077

It looks like CD Projekt RED intends to launch Cyberpunk soon, now- or at least, start the marketing for it. The hugely anticipated RPG, which was announced all the way back in 2012, and will be the studio’s first major game since the launch of The Witcher 3 in 2015, is due for a showing this E3- and it seems like that will kick off the marketing cycle for it, too, because CD Project RED has filed for an official trademark for the game.

We already know that CD Projekt RED intends to show off an RPG this E3- it’s an open secret that that game will be this one. Hopefully, this also indicates that the actual launch of the game is nearing- it’s been speculated it may launch next year for a while now, and hopefully there is merit to that speculation.

We will know either way come E3, regardless. Cyberpunk 2077 is due out on the Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
