DNF Duel - Spectre

Nexon’s DNF Duel may not have received the most updates since launch, but its first DLC character releases this Summer with Spectre. A new video with the development team discussed some of her moves while explaining the Awakening system. Check it out below.

Her wire allows for added mobility, confusing the opponent and following up with attacks. Spectre’s MP Skill is an Iai Slash with her katana, which has a long reach but a slow recovery time. As for the Awakening System, it activates when a character is below 30 percent or 50 percent HP.

You can choose which from the start of a battle, but the latter’s effect is less potent. When activated, it provides a new Awakening Effect and Skills. Other changes to Guard Break Damage and more are also revealed, though Spectre doesn’t have a release date. Stay tuned in the meantime.

DNF Duel is available for PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch. Check out our review here.
