With Season 6 and Invasion out next week for Overwatch 2, Blizzard is starting the hype cycle with a short teaser for its next animated short. “Calling” focuses on Vivian Chase, aka Sojourn, and it seems that after Overwatch’s disbandment, she’s a superhero on the side. Consequences are seemingly in store, though.

“Calling” can be watched in-game when it debuts on August 4th at 11 AM PT. It sets the stakes for what’s to come with Invasion when the first three PvE story missions are finally released. You’ll need to pay $15 minimum to access them, but the bundle also includes 1000 Overwatch Coins to purchase the Season 6 Premium Battle Pass, which includes the new Support hero, Illari.

Leaked recently, with her Legendary skins showcased in new images, Illari reportedly uses healing turrets. Expect a full reveal and breakdown of her abilities in the coming days. Overwatch 2: Invasion launches on August 10th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch. Head here for more details.
